Scottish Rite Rental Rate Guide

 

Auditorium Rate: $6,000.00
Daily Rental:  10 hour maximum venue.  Building to be cleared by 6:00 p.m.
Evening Rental: 7 hour maximum venue.  Building to be cleared by midnight.
Events must end on time or overtime rate of $300.00 per hour plus labor charges to apply.
Cleaning and security deposit per event: $3,000.00.  Customer is responsible to return auditorium back in the same condition at which they received it.

 

West Gallery: $1,000.00
Cleaning and security deposit per event: $500.00.  Customer is responsible to return west gallery back in the same condition at which they received it.

Large Dining Room:  $2,000.00 minimum
Daily Rental:  10 hour maximum venue.  Building to be cleared by 6:00 p.m.
Evening Rental: 7 hour maximum venue.  Building to be cleared by midnight.
Cleaning and security deposit per event: $1,500.00.  Customer is responsible to return Dining Room back in the same condition at which they received it.

Small Dining Room:  $ 1500.00 minimum
Daily Rental:  10 hour maximum venue.  Building to be cleared by 6:00 p.m.
Evening Rental: 7 hour maximum venue.  Building to be cleared by midnight.
Cleaning and security deposit per event: $ 500.00.  Customer is responsible to return Dining Room back in the same condition at which they received it.

Kitchen:  $1,500.00 minimum
Cleaning and security deposit per event: $1,500.00.  Customer is responsible to return kitchen back in the same condition at which they received it. Requires commissary committee member to be present each hour when on premises at $25.00 per hour (4 hour minimum).  Not to exceed venue hours.

Labor:
Building Manager: $40.00 hour
Required each hour customer is on premises.
Custodial Service: $20.00 per hour per person (7 hour minimum)
Sound Engineer: $35.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)
Sound Assistant: $25.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)
Light Engineer: $25.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)
Ushers (4 minimum per event): $15.00 per hour (4 Hour Minimum)

Equipment:
Audio Equipment: $500.00 minimum
Requires a sound engineer.  Microphones, stands, cables, outboard equipment extra.
Tables: $10.00 each
Stack Chairs: $2.00 each
Upholstered Chairs: $10.00 each
Projection Screens: $150.00 each. (150 inch screens, rear or front projection.)

Parking:
Ample parking is available in the parking garage which connects directly to our building via skywalk.

Payments:
To secure your date on our calendar, you will be required to sign a contract and must include a 50 percent non-refundable deposit of the license fee.  The remaining license fee would be due 60 days prior to your event.  Finally, 30 days prior to your event, all other fees such as the estimated personnel labor costs and security/cleaning deposit.  Following your event, your Security and Cleaning deposit will be returned reasonably promptly via USPS, however, deductions (if any) for damage and/or excessive cleaning will be deducted from your Security/Cleaning deposit.

Insurance:
Customer will be required to show proof of insurance subject to the terms of the License agreement 60 days prior to the event.  There will be no exceptions.
