Saint Louis Valley Scottish Rite

The cause of human progress is our cause, the enfranchisement of human thought our supreme wish, the freedom of human conscience our mission, and the guarantee of equal rights to all peoples everywhere, the end of our contention.

Salve Frater! It’s that time of year again as we roll out our next Master Craftsman Study Group! The St. Louis Valley Program offers a one of a kind, unique platform for this course and a program that isn’t matched in the jurisdiction.

Are you interested in the history of the Rite? The ritual? Want to learn more about how the degrees are linked and be a part of the discussions that explore Scottish Rite Freemasonry? Then Master Craftsman II is the study Group for you!. The Master Craftsman II program or Master Craftsman: History & Ritual explores the history and degrees of the Scottish Rite allowing Brothers new or old to gain perspective on the deeper meanings, the implications and symbolism of the work we see during Reunions beginning with the 4th and continuing to the 32nd Degree. Each section takes the brothers through the degrees step-by-step as they read the Scottish Rite Ritual Monitor & Guide and A Bridge to Light This course is designed for Brothers who have belonged to the Rite just a few days or for 50 years, with varied masonic experiences and we’d encourage Officers who work in the degrees and those involved in our reunions to definitely check it out, as the program can add quite a bit of value to your own work.

The Valley’s Study Group Program offers a one of a kind, unique platform for this course. We will meet June to October on a rotation that balances virtual instruction and in-person fellowship and meetings. Our lead instructor this term will be Hon. Levi K. Banker, 32, K.C.C.H.  If Master Craftsman is one of those things you’ve thought of in the past, now is the time to jump in!
